Pastry Chef – Cakes, Cookies & Desserts

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Pastry Chef to join our growing hospitality group and help develop an exciting new dessert range.

What You’ll Create

We’re looking for someone experienced in making:
Cookies & stuffed cookies
Cinnamon rolls
Cheesecakes
Brownies
Milk cakes
Matilda cakes
Sticky date pudding
Cakes, pastries & other desserts

We also want your ideas. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, develop new recipes and create desserts from scratch.

What We’re Looking For
Strong pastry, cake and dessert experience
Creative with current flavours and dessert concepts
Able to develop recipes from scratch
Quick,



organised and comfortable with high-volume production
Understanding of costing, consistency and presentation
Able to take ownership and eventually lead a pastry section

We’re not looking for someone who just follows recipes. We want someone who can create them. If you love desserts and want the chance to develop products that could be rolled out across multiple venues, we’d love to hear from you.
