The Opportunity

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be working directly across channel networks — agent partners, land estates, and investor groups — selling H&L; packages and driving volume across Victoria’s fastest-growing corridors.

Key Responsibilities
Build robust relationships with channel agents, land estates, and investment partners
Present H&L; packages with confidence — pricing, timelines, inclusions, specs




Manage inbound and outbound opportunities with high activity and consistency
Maintain accurate CRM data, paperwork and compliance
Work closely with leadership, drafting and operations teams to ensure strong deal flow
Identify recent channel opportunities and contribute to growth planning
Attend partner meetings, site visits, and industry events

What You Bring
A solid desire to succeed and grow in the building/property industry
New home or channel sales experience preferred (not essential)
Clear communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple deals with discipline and follow-through
Admin accuracy — CRM, paperwork, compliance
