About the role

Cooinda Coonabarabran is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team on a casual basis. This essential role will provide personal care and support to our elderly residents.

What you'll be doing
Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as showering, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene
Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's physical, mental or emotional wellbeing
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and care plans to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality

A genuine passion for working with the elderly and a commitment to providing exceptional care
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
A positive, patient and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable clients
