Pirtek, the market leader in the manufacture, supply and installation of hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies is seeking to employ an Operations Administration Assistant for our WELSHPOOL BRANCH.

This is a versatile position and can be part time or full time hours depending on the suitable candidates requirements.

The person we are seeking needs to be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Experience in general administration
Confident with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, please do not apply if you are not compentant in Excel basics
Accounts Payable and Receivable experience would be highly regarded but not essential
Inventory management experience would be highly regarded but not essential
Motivated and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent English grammar




Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
Solid customer service focus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a busy team workplace assisting multiple personnel

Duties will include but not be limited to:
Answering and directing incoming calls
Processing of customer purchase orders
Processing of supplier purchase orders
Generating check sheets and labels to match orders - attention to detail is imperitive
Requesting purchase orders
Filing
Data Entry
Assisting with inventory management
