What will you do?

As one of our People & Culture Business Partners, you will play a vital role in shaping our employee experience and ensure we are in alignment with our people strategies and priorities. You will also:
Partner with senior leaders on all People & Culture matters including talent management, performance, employee relations and workforce planning
Assist leaders and operational teams to address specific People & Culture challenges and opportunities
Provide expertise and guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution and conflict management

Who are you?





Your Expertise And Knowledge Should Include
Demonstrated business partnering experience including capability, building rapport and trust at all levels within the organisation. Experience with public facing workforces and handling volume ER matters will be very well regarded.
Well-developed knowledge of Australian employment law and employee relations
Deep Sound understanding of People & Culture process and best practices
Well-developed knowledge of Australian employment law and employee relations
Experience and knowledge of Industry Award rates and conditions
Experience with coaching and developing leaders to enhance their people leadership capability
Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or other relevant field
