Payroll Coordinator | Immediate Start Available We’re currently looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join a busy and established team based in Henderson.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with solid end-to-end payroll experience who is confident working with Pronto and enjoys being part of a supportive, hands-on payroll team.

The Role
Process payroll accurately and efficiently across a large workforce
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including timesheets, allowances, deductions and adjustments
Ensure payroll is processed in line with relevant legislation and company policies
Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve issues promptly
Maintain accurate payroll records and assist with reporting and reconciliations
Work closely with HR, Finance and other internal teams
Assist with ongoing payroll improvements and projects where required

About You




Previous experience in a Payroll Officer / Payroll Coordinator position
Robust end-to-end payroll knowledge
Pronto experience is highly desirable
Good understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Able to work effectively in a busy workplace
