Work Hours: Minimum 38 hrs plus penalties for any overtime
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Warehouse Officer to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory control, and support productive inbound and outbound logistics activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods
Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs
Enforce health, safety, and security procedures within the warehouse
Requirements & Qualifications
Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)
Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties
Forklift license
Current Driver's Licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screening
