We're recruiting an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading manufacturing site in the Wodonga area. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping a highly automated production facility running efficiently while contributing to ongoing reliability and continuous improvement projects.

The Role As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for:
Electrical fault finding on production and packaging equipment
Planned preventative maintenance and breakdown response
PLC fault finding and troubleshooting (advantageous)
Electrical installations and project work
Continuous improvement initiatives to increase plant reliability
Working closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime
Maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality

About You To be successful you will have:
A current Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence (or equivalent)
Experience as a Maintenance Electrician within manufacturing




Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience working with motors, VSDs, sensors and control systems
Exposure to PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron or similar)
A proactive attitude with solid communication skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
