Position: Motor Mechanic
Salary: $80,000 plus Superannuation
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, must be available to work at least 38 hours per week.

Primary Responsibilities:
Diagnose faults and mechanical issues using specialized tools and equipment, ensuring accurate identification and resolution of any problems.
Conduct regular vehicle maintenance and carry out complex repairs, including engine, transmission, brakes, and suspension systems,



ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.
Manage and maintain service logbooks for customers' vehicles, ensuring the vehicle's warranty is maintained, and customers are well-informed about their vehicle's service history.
Assist in the maintenance, replacement, and repair of tyres and batteries, crucial aspects of vehicle performance and safety.
Specialize in brake and suspension services, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, ensuring optimal vehicle handling and safety.
Regularly interact with customers, explaining necessary services, providing cost estimates, and resolving any queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Comply with safety regulations and standards, including conducting thorough 5 Point Safety Checks and ensuring protected work practices within the workshop.
