Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand business capability requirements, learning priorities and challenges and develop appropriate learning solutions
Provide guidance and support to People Leaders to develop capability and drive best practice development solutions
Conduct training/learning needs analysis and build learning plans, across all learning needs from highly technical/qualified domains, to more generalist learning requirements
Design learning artefacts, capability frameworks, eLearning, virtual classroom and classroom training for core operational and corporate parts of the organisation
Design, source and/or curate and facilitate appropriate learning programs and interventions (70:20:10) to support the capability priorities (excluding Leadership development)
Support the implementation and delivery of the P&C; Strategy and Plan across the business.
Work in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to enable the effective implementation and delivery of learning programs and activities.




Actively participate and/or lead learning and development programs, projects, or initiatives to drive improved business outcomes.
Present recommendations and adjustments to development activities and courses based on feedback or results of formal evaluation processes
