At Kent Consumer Brands APAC, technology plays a critical role in supporting our manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution operations across the region. We're looking for an experienced IT Systems & Network Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity controls, and end-user computing environments across multiple sites. Based on the Gold Coast, this role offers the chance to work across both strategic projects and hands‑on technical support, partnering with local teams, global IT teams, and external vendors.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of IT, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, securing, and continuously improving our infrastructure and network setting across APAC. You will act as a technical escalation point while helping deliver infrastructure modernisation, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud services, and manufacturing technology projects.

Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy,



manage and support enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
Manage servers, storage, backups and disaster recovery solutions
Monitor infrastructure performance, availability and capacity
Support and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi and internet connectivity across multiple sites
Manage networking equipment including routers, switches, firewalls and wireless infrastructure
Support Microsoft 365 settings and Azure cloud technologies
Partner with operational technology (OT) teams to support manufacturing site infrastructure
Lead and participate in infrastructure, network and technology projects
Identify infrastructure and cybersecurity risks and implement mitigation strategies
Support incident response, threat management and security improvement initiatives
