Hiring | Level 2 Technical Coordinator | Sydney

Location: Frenchs Forest, Northern Beaches, Sydney

Duration: 12 Months (High possibility of extension)

We're looking for an experienced Level 2 Technical Coordinator to support large-scale technology.

This is an exciting chance to work on a nationwide rollout, coordinating device deployments, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring every site is fully configured, tested, and operational.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate post-installation activities and deployments
Configure Windows devices, hardware, and peripherals
Perform Level 2 technical support and troubleshooting
Validate network connectivity and system readiness
Work closely with field installers, IT teams, and stakeholders




Maintain deployment documentation and support tickets
Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support when required

Required Skills:
Level 2 IT Support / Technical Coordinator / Deployment Engineer experience
Robust Windows, networking, and endpoint configuration knowledge
Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools
Ability to manage multiple site deployments simultaneously
Experience supporting large-scale multi-site environments and retail/hospitality technology deployments will be highly regarded.
