ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide daily support to a Senior Property Manager.
Assist with the day‑to‑day management of a residential portfolio.
Coordinate maintenance requests with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Prepare and manage property documentation.
Maintain accurate records and property files.
Conduct routine inspections and assist with final inspections as required.
Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
