This is a rare chance for an accomplished finance leader to step into a highly visible leadership role within a well regarded not for profit organisation. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll help shape financial strategy, lead a capable finance team and partner closely with the Executive Team and Board during a period of growth and transformation. As Interim

Head of Finance, you will:
Partner with the CFO, CEO and Executive Team on strategic financial decisions - Lead budgeting, forecasting and long term financial planning - Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis - Deliver insightful executive and board reporting - Lead and develop and support the finance team across financial control, reporting and compliance - Oversee cashflow, risk management and governance processes - Support audit,



statutory reporting and funding compliance requirements - Drive process improvements, automation and finance transformation initiatives - Provide high quality business partnering and commercial advice across the organisation - Help ensure the long term financial sustainability of the organisation About You You may currently be a Senior Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Finance Director, or senior commercial finance leader looking for a unique chance to broaden your experience.
