Are you an experienced HVAC Project Manager looking to take ownership of technically challenging commercial projects with one of Melbourne's leading mechanical contractors?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established Tier I mechanical services contractor with a robust pipeline of secured work across commercial, healthcare, education and major mixed-use developments. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager capable of delivering projects valued between $5 million and $10 million.

This is an prospect to join a business known for delivering complex mechanical packages, investing in its people and maintaining long-term relationships with Australia's leading builders and developers.

The Role

You’ll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of major mechanical projects from award through to handover, managing programmes,



commercial performance and client relationships while leading project teams on site.

Projects are technically demanding and include significant plant room installations, chilled water systems, central energy infrastructure and complex mechanical services.

Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial HVAC projects valued from $5M-$10M
Lead projects from design development through procurement, construction and commissioning
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal delivery teams
Manage project budgets, forecasts and cost control
Build and maintain solid relationships with Tier I builders, consultants and clients
Drive programme, quality and safety outcomes
Oversee commissioning and successful project handover
