Medical Receptionist – Part Time | 4–5 Days per Week

Victoria Harbour Medical Centre – Docklands

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy and friendly general practice.

This is a part time position working 4–5 days per week, with some Saturday mornings required on a rotating basis.

About you

We are looking for someone who:
Has previous medical reception experience – essential
Ideally has experience working in a busy GP/general practice
Is confident using medical practice software; Best Practice experience highly regarded
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is qualified, friendly and approachable
Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Can confidently multitask and work in a busy environment
Works well as part of a team
Is reliable, punctual and committed to their agreed working days
Presents professionally and understands the importance of patient confidentiality

Essential requirements

Previous medical reception experience is essential. Applicants without medical reception experience will not be considered.
