Plant Operator

Coopers Minerals operates a mineral‑processing facility near Bacchus Marsh and is seeking a proactive, experienced Plant Operator to support the Site Operations Manager in delivering safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations, with the view to progress to Leading Hand for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily site operations across production, maintenance, and quality control.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company procedures.
Monitor production performance and work to minimise downtime.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues.
Maintain robust communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Conduct operational maintenance.




Operate front end loaders/forklifts and process equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Understanding of crushing, screening, materials handling and operations.
Proven problem‑solving skills and a commitment to a solid safety culture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Current forklift and loader licence is advantageous.
Full Australian work rights.
Reliable transport to and from site.
