What you'll be doing:
You'll receive full training and support on your sales development pathway
Proactively sourcing candidates and managing your processes




Seeking out and building relationships with new and existing clients to identify recent roles
Manage the end to end recruitment process - arranging interviews, salary negotiation and closing
Organise and attend candidate and client meetings
Attend industry events and meet ups representing yourself and TRG
Become an expert in one of our technology markets
