Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a small finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Partner with senior finance stakeholders across the APAC region.
Review, improve,



and document finance processes and controls.
Support the transition of finance activities to a Shared Services Centre.
Identify prospects to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Drive process standardisation and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
Support change management initiatives and ensure business continuity throughout the transition.

About You
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
CPA/CA qualification preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading finance teams.
Strong background in finance operations, financial reporting, or controllership.
Experience driving finance transformation, process improvement, or Shared Services implementations.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across regional teams.
Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
