We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Certificate III Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Merrylands (77-place centre).

About the Role
As a Certificate III Educator, you will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's learning, development,
and wellbeing.
You'll play an key role in building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of engaging educational programs
Create a protected, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Observe and document children's learning and development
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
Support children's wellbeing and development through meaningful interac
