Hilton Foods is seeking a Product Development/Packaging Development specialist to support end-to-end product initiatives for our strategic partner. You will coordinate site-based and national developments, manage trials, shelf-life validation, and stakeholder communications to deliver market-ready products.
The role requires 3–5 years in product or packaging development, plus a tertiary Food Science-related degree and solid regulatory, QA and packaging coordination experience.
