Now Hiring: Store Manager – Busy Fish & Chips Takeaway

Employment Type: Full-time (including evenings and weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations in a busy takeaway setting
Prepare and cook fish, chips, burgers, and other takeaway items.
Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance
Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation
Manage stock ordering, inventory, and supplier coordination
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Handle cash management, reporting, and rostering

Requirements:
Previous experience in a fish and chips shop, takeaway, or similar hospitality setting.
Ability to cook and prepare takeaway food efficiently.




Solid leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
