About You
Robust understanding of the NDIS and person-centered service delivery.
Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, finance and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and a commitment to social impact.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
CPA Australia or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
Essential Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role.
Experience managing budgets exceeding $10 million.
Experience within the disability, community services, health, aged care, or not-for-profit sector.
Demonstrated experience leading finance teams.
Robust experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
