The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated experience as a Jnr Sous or Sous Chef




Rostering and ordering experience
Understanding of financial budgets, food and labour costs
Calm and composed demeanour
Full availability, able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
