Searchability® is seeking a Head of Paid Media to lead our Sydney CBD agency’s paid media practice across B2C, B2B and eCommerce. You will define best practice, orchestrate growth, and guide a team of about 15 to deliver high‑performing campaigns.
You’ll partner with the GM on pitches and client meetings, cross-sell into existing accounts, grow the team to 15, and shape the paid media offering from search to social across SA360, Meta, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
