About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our small team as a maintenance carpenter and/or joiner, immediate start available. Operating Monday-Friday, hours vary dependant on scheduled works.

Duties will include the following:
Carrying out general commercial maintenance such as, door repairs, window repairs, wall repairs and others
Recording job notes & taking photos of completed works
Preparing for upcoming works by having an understanding of the scope of works
Completing all works as needed for each task in a secure and effective manner
Ensuring task pre commencement documents are completed

Requirements For The Role
Carpentry and/or Joinery Qualification
Prior experience in similar position
Drivers license
Ability to undergo a police check
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has own hand tools

What we are offering
The position is a Full-Time permanent position, salary is negotiable based on prior experience in similar role. Chance for increase after probation period.
