About the role:
The Waterloo Hotel is a 28 room, waterfront, retro-style hotel in Swansea, on the east coast of Tasmania. It has a bar, sauna and restaurant with a fully renovated, all electric commercial kitchen.
The hotel is seeking an experienced and energetic Bar Manager/chef/couple. The position(s) offer a unique chance to lead all aspects of the venue Including day to day operations and events.
The owners are open to suggestions and different models of operation.
Onsite waterfront accomodation is also available if required.
