Key Responsibilities
Oversee day to day branch activities across sales, operations, administration & leadership.
Manage store inventory, proactively controlling obsolete and overstocked items to maintain high product availability and consistently meet customer demand.
Develop customer relationships & increase sales & branch profitability.
Manage branch employees – Parts Interpreters, Stores & Delivery Staff.
Take responsibility for OH & S compliance and ensure safety education is current.
Perform administrative functions, processing invoices/credits and warranties.
Saturday mornings as required.

Qualifications
Ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors).
People leadership experience with the ability to engage with, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets and KPI’s.
Customer focused with robust time management abilities & attention to detail.
OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.




Experience with European vehicles would be highly regarded.
Current full drivers license.
