Lead a Landmark Project with Huff Group

Huff Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Tradesman to lead the day-to-day delivery of our current Lifestyle Village Clubhouse project in Caboolture West.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial electrician who enjoys taking ownership, leading a team, and delivering quality work. You'll work closely with an experienced Project Manager while running the site and ensuring the project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

About the Role

As the lead tradesman on site, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, supervising electricians and apprentices, and ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include




Leading and supervising a team of electricians and apprentices
Coordinating daily site activities and work schedules
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
Installing commercial electrical systems to a high standard
Managing materials and coordinating deliveries
Liaising with the Project Manager, builder, subcontractors and other trades
Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and WHS requirements
Driving productivity while maintaining exceptional workmanship

What We're Looking For

You will have:
Current Queensland Electrical Licence
Current White Card
CPR/LVR certification
Commercial construction experience
Proven ability to lead a team and work independently
Solid communication and organizational skills
Commitment to safety, quality and cus
