Endeavour Foundation in Ayr is seeking a Disability Support Worker on a permanent roster with sleepover shifts (minimum 4 per Fortnight) and a 50-hour fortnightly schedule. Day shifts are possible, providing flexibility for study or family commitments.
You will support people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, meal planning, and community activities. The role requires a calm, compassionate approach and relevant checks.
