About the Role We're seeking an experienced and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our Floreat team in a full-time position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy front-of-house environment, enjoys working closely with patients, and can keep the practice running smoothly day to day. Standard clinic hours within 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

What Youll Be

Doing - Managing the front desk and providing a warm welcome to patients
Handling appointment bookings, recalls and patient enquiries
Using Dental4Windows (D4W) to manage scheduling and patient records
Assisting with billing, payments and health fund claims
Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Maintaining a professional, organised and patient-focused front office What Were Looking For - Experience using D4W software
Fluent spoken English with solid communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Punctual, reliable and well-organised
