About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer-Autism Advisor, you’ll be a trusted first point of contact—guiding individuals and families through available supports, including the NDIS, with empathy, clarity and confidence. You’ll help translate complex information into practical next steps, ensuring every person feels heard, understood, and supported.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of parental leave.
About You
You're a people-focused skilled with solid communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
We’re looking for someone with:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect
A solid customer service mindset and commitment to positive outcomes
Experience managing a high volume of enquiries across phone and email
An understanding of autism and/or the NDIS (highly regarded but not essential – full training provided)
To join our team you will be required to complete mandatory clearances including a NDIS Workers Screening Check and a Working with Children check.
