A DAY IN THE LIFE

As our eCommerce Coordinator,



you'll play an key role in delivering exceptional online customer experiences across the Beacon Lighting Group's websites. Working closely with Marketing, IT, eCommerce Support and external development partners, you will:
Coordinate and execute marketing campaign updates across multiple websites
Optimise, review and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance and performance
Assist in the delivery of ecommerce projects, recent website functionality and ongoing enhancements
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for website updates and ecommerce initiatives
Coordinate onsite personalisation and promotional messaging to maximise customer engagement
Monitor ecommerce performance and assist in analysing website traffic, sales and campaign results
Prepare reports, presentations and meeting documentation to support business decision-making
