About the role
This is a career-defining opportunity for a driven automotive finance skilled to step into a flagship Toyota site and maximise earnings.
You’ll take ownership of the F&I; function, delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions while maintaining exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Manage all finance and insurance processes from application to approval
Present tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers
Build robust relationships with lenders and insurance partners
Work closely with Sales to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction
Stay up to date with compliance, lender policies, and industry trends
Skills and Experiences:
What you’ll bring
Proven experience as a Business Manager / F&I; Manager in a dealership
Solid financial acumen and deal structuring capability
High energy, results-driven mindset in a volume environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Solid understanding of dealership systems and finance processes
Passion for customer experience and achieving targets
