Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO provides executive leadership across all financial operations, governance, compliance, risk management,



and strategic planning functions. As a key member of the Executive Management Team, you will partner with the Board, Finance, Audit and Risk Committee, Executive Team, and program leaders to drive financial performance and organisational success.

Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, planning, and overall organisational financial management and reporting
Provide culturally informed, strategic financial advice to the Board, Executive Management Team and management
Oversee budget, forecast, and long‑term financial planning across diverse funding streams
Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks
Deliver explicit, accessible financial reporting and insights to support decision‑making
Provide executive oversight of all funding, grants, and contractual arrangements, including compliance, acquittals, reporting obli
