West Coast Care is looking for a reliable, hardworking and compassionate Community Cleaner / Domestic Support Worker to join our team and provide cleaning and household support to people living with disability.

This role is about more than just cleaning - you will help clients maintain a safe, clean, comfortable and welcoming home setting, supporting their independence and quality of life.

About the Role

Location: Carramar

Friday: 9:00am–12:00pm

Additional hours may be available

As a Community Cleaner, your responsibilities may include:
General household cleaning and tidying
Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
Laundry and changing linen
Supporting clients to maintain an organised home
Following individual client preferences and support plans
Identifying and reporting any maintenance, safety or environmental concerns
Respecting client privacy, dignity and personal choices
Maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality

About You

Well organised and able to manage cleaning tasks efficiently

Essential Requirements
Previous cleaning or domestic assistance experience preferred
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working with Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Good communication skills
Ability to complete accurate documentation where required
Previous experience working within the disability, aged care, community or health sector is desirable

Pay: $45.28 – $45.29 per hour
