Role Description

This is a full time, in office role for a Senior Property Manager located in Adelaide, SA. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the daily operations, of our growing commercial portfolio, including tenant relations, lease management, facilities management and financial reporting.

The role, supported by the best in class property tech, involves substantial interaction with property owners, contractors and tenants to ensure efficient property management and tenant satisfaction.



The Senior Property Manager will also develop and implement property management strategies to maximize property value and revenue.

Qualifications
Commercial Property Management and Tenant Relations
Experience with Facilities Coordination and Client Relationships
Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Budget Management
Strong ability in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is advantageous
