Berry Street Take Two Program in Noble Park seeks a Therapeutic Specialist to provide clinical assessment and intervention for children and young people in residential care. The role focuses on reflective practice and coaching staff in therapeutic parenting strategies at the home site.

You will spend significant time at the residence, delivering coaching, modelling, and informal therapy conversations to staff and youths to ensure therapeutic care outcomes.
