Protech is seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators to work on major infrastructure and subdivision projects across Joyner and surrounding North Brisbane areas.

We have multiple opportunities available for operators across a range of machinery, including Excavators, Rollers, Articulated Haul Trucks, Rigid Haul Trucks, Loaders and more.

These roles are based on active subdivision and roadworks projects with ongoing work available, offering long-term opportunities within a safety-focused team. Additional opportunities available for Excavator Operators with experience in Civil Pipe crews, supporting pipe laying operations.

Corresponding RII tickets and previous operating experience required.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Full time hours with overtime available
$44.00 – $55.00/hr base rate
Penalties after 7.6 hours and daily travel allowance
Monday-Friday 6:30AM-5PM schedule, Saturdays as needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




Operating Excavator, Roller, Articulated Haul Truck, Rigid Haul Truck, Loader or other machinery
Assisting with labouring duties as needed
Maintenance of machinery and communicating any concerns to management
Maintain a secure and clean work setting

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Construction white card
Valid drivers licence with reliable transport
RII Tickets for Plant Machinery
Minimum 12 months operating experience on Civil Projects
Other RII machinery tickets and experience highly regarded
