What we are looking for
2+ years’ experience in a premium restaurant
Strong food and beverage knowledge
WSET Level 1 (preferred, not essential)




Excellent customer service skills with a natural sense of hospitality
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and thrive under pressure
Valid RSA
