We are currently seeking an experienced Business Manager to join the team at our new car dealership on a permanent full-time basis. Trainee's welcome to apply The Role:

Working closely with the sales management team our candidate will be customer focused, highly motivated, and results driven with a proven track record within a high volume, energetic dealership environment
Assisting the sales team with double closing and deal negotiation
Facilitating finance & insurance transactions for dealership customers
Ensure outstanding customer service to enhance customer experience
Strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
Accurate and timely reporting
Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting & exceeding KPI's

CBMG Business Manager Attributes
Minimum 1–2 years' experience as an Automotive Business Manager.
Skilled, polished presentation with a focus on customer service
Current Tier II Certification and financier accreditation
Excellent work ethic and a “can do” Attitude
Demonstrated ability to build lasting business relationships




Strong sense of professional integrity
Confident sales and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Ability to prioritise workload and meet targets
Good computer literacy, experience using Office 365 & CRM systems
