Our client is a global leader in medical aesthetics, providing premium radiofrequency, laser and light-based technologies to surgeons, specialists and aesthetic professionals.

With continued investment and solid market growth across Australia and Recent Zealand, they're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of Brisbane North and Far North Queensland.

This is a genuine prospect to build a highly profitable territory while representing innovative technology that delivers outstanding clinical outcomes.

How will you contribute?

You'll be responsible for developing new business while growing existing customer relationships across a defined territory.

Brisbane North is defined by the Brisbane River, with regular travel throughout the Sunshine Coast and Noosa (approximately monthly) and Far North Queensland (minimum quarterly).





You’ll work autonomously, managing your own pipeline, identifying current opportunities and partnering with healthcare professionals to deliver tailored business solutions.

Your responsibilities will include
Driving new business growth through consultative, solution-based selling
Managing complex sales cycles for premium capital equipment
Building relationships with surgeons, specialists, clinicians and practice owners
Conducting product demonstrations, workshops and customer education sessions
Developing and executing territory growth plans
Managing opportunities through CRM and structured pipeline activity
Becoming a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's clinical and commercial objectives
