Be the Face of Kipara
We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Guest Services Officer to join the team at Kipara Rainforest Retreat, with an immediate start available.
As one of the first people our guests meet, you'll play an significant role in creating positive experiences and leaving lasting impressions from the moment they arrive.
About the Role
This position combines reception duties, guest services, bookings administration and general operational support. No two days are the same, making this a great role for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs via RMS Booking System
Handle reservations and accommodation bookings
Respond to enquiries via phone, email and in person
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Assist guests with information about local attractions and activities
Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Support general administrative functions
Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction
About You
Experienced in RMS Booking System
Previous reception, administration or hospitality experience
Friendly and skilled presentation
Strong communication skills
Excellent computer and organisational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Customer service focused with a positive attitude
