UNElife Hospitality is seeking experienced Chefs and Cooks to join our team on a casual basis to meet growing demand across our café operations, catering, and special events. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who thrive in rapid-paced kitchen environments and enjoy variety in their work.

With UNElife’s hospitality operations continuing to expand, there is potential for the right candidates to transition into full-time positions in the future.

About the role
Preparing and presenting high-quality food across a range of settings including café service, catered functions, and special events




Working collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver menus that meet client expectations, dietary requirements, and food safety standards
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in accordance with WHS and food safety requirements
Managing food preparation workflows to ensure timely and productive service delivery
Assisting with stock management, including receiving, rotation, and minimising waste
Adapting to varied work environments and menus across UNElife’s hospitality venues and off-site event locations
Upholding UNElife’s commitment to quality customer service and professional presentation
