Team Civil are expanding and have a great prospect for Civil Plant Operators to join our team. In this role, you’ll help deliver civil maintenance and capital works efficiently and effectively as part of our dynamic team.

Civil Operator Key Responsibility:
Civil construction trade qualifications or extensive experience in the civil sector
White Card and a valid Driver’s Licence
Essential licences: excavator, grader, skid steer, roller, dozer, front-end loader, HR or HC truck licence (favourable).
Hands-on experience in civil maintenance and civil land development
Punctual, reliable, proactive, and a solid communicator — able to work autonomously and within a team
Solid understanding of WHS requirements, including SWMS, JSEAs, hazard identification, and incident reporting

Capabilities:
Proven experience in civil construction operations
Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and proactive problem-solving skills




Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) principles and procedures
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate positively within a team workplace
Assist with general labouring and site tasks when required.
