Bicycle Queensland is seeking an Administrative and Communications Officer in Brisbane to support member services, communications and operations. You will handle customer inquiries, maintain our CRM, and assist the CEO with correspondence and reports.

The role requires solid customer service, MS Office proficiency (Excel), familiarity with CRMs (ThankQ desirable), and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team across events and campaigns.
