Assistant Strata Manager | Up to $85k Package + Comms + WFH Options A Long-Established Strata Management Firmis seeking a professional StrataAssistantto join their friendly team in inner north Brisbane. Supporting a portfolio of well-maintained buildings, you’ll enjoy a supportive culture, structured systems, and an incentive program that rewards additional hours and current business growth.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting a portfolio of approx. 40 - 65 strata schemes
Attending committee and AGM meetings (including some after-hours)
Preparing and distributing agendas, budgets, and meeting minutes
Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and insurance renewals
Advising committees on by-laws, compliance and governance
Managing levy recovery processes and ensuring legislative compliance
Building solid relationships with owners, committees, and service providers
Using your own vehicle for in office inspections and meetings





About You:

You’ll be a confident communicator and natural organiser who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Whether you’re already in strata or transitioning from property management or facilities administration, you’ll bring professionalism and a client-first mindset.

You will bring:
1–3+ years’ experience in strata, property, or building management
Sound understanding of Body Corporate legislation (or willingness to learn)
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strata software
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
