An exciting chance has arisen for an experienced HR Business Analyst to join a large-scale global transformation program focused on reshaping Talent Acquisition processes, systems and ways of working.

Working within a complex enterprise environment, you will partner with stakeholders across People, Technology, Finance and Procurement functions to deliver business-critical initiatives that will improve recruitment capability, optimise processes and enhance the employee and candidate experience globally.

This role will suit a Business Analyst with solid HR transformation experience who enjoys stakeholder engagement, process improvement and delivering meaningful business outcomes in a rapid-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include
Engage with global stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements
Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to identify opportunities and define future-state solutions
Translate business needs into functional requirements,



user stories and process documentation
Conduct process mapping, gap analysis and impact assessments
Support the design and implementation of new systems, tools and process improvements
Work across multiple workstreams within a complex transformation program
Collaborate closely with project teams, business stakeholders and external vendors
Support testing, training and change activities to ensure successful adoption
Develop executive-level presentations, reports and governance documentation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend best-practice solutions

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering HR or People transformation initiatives
Experience working within large, complex organisations or consulting environments
