Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of asphalt manufacturing, asphalt contracting and spray seal operations, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction and strong financial performance across the region.

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our Coffs Harbour Asphalt business. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and effective management of asphalt manufacturing, asphalt contracting and spray seal operations, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction and strong financial performance across the region.

Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in delivering successful outcomes while fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?
Leadership experience within asphalt, construction, contracting or manufacturing.
Experience managing teams in a quick-paced operational environment.
