Bakery Supervisor & All-Rounder – Two Positions Available

SUPERVISOR

11:00am–6:30pm | 3–4 days per week. Predominately Monday - Friday.

We’re looking for a vibrant and confident leader to take ownership of our afternoon shift.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit back and simply oversee the team. We want someone who is present, engaging and hands-on – someone who can lead from the front, create a great atmosphere and keep the team moving.

You’ll be responsible for
Leading, motivating and supporting the team
Creating a welcoming and energetic customer experience
Keeping staff organised and productive
Managing the afternoon workflow
Maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards
Taking initiative and confidently making decisions
Working with the wider team on promotions, new ideas and ways to drive sales
Identifying prospects within the bakery and being proactive in making the most of them
Encouraging the team to promote products, upsell and engage with customers





Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, cafés or a similar workplace is highly regarded.

BAKERY ALL-ROUNDER

8:00am–4:00pm | 4–5 days per week, Predominately Monday - Friday.

For this role, personality matters.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally friendly, outgoing and engaging. You’ll enjoy chatting with customers, working as part of a busy team and bringing positive energy to the workplace.

Your day will include
Providing friendly and engaging customer service
Serving bakery products
Restocking and maintaining displays
Cleaning and general bakery duties
Supporting promotions and actively talking to customers about our products
Jumping in wherever the team needs you
